UZENAInternal R&D Case Study
A governed operating platform for multi-model and multi-agent environments, designed around controlled change, verification, rollback and long-term maintainability.
The challenge was not whether a model could answer a question. It was how to prevent configuration drift, unsafe changes and unrecoverable mistakes across a growing multi-model environment.
Operations were reframed as a governed sequence: one source of truth, explicit proposals, backups, human authorisation, verification and rollback.
A shared registry and model gateway abstract provider choices, while controlled change workflows keep observation separate from repair. Applications describe the capability they need rather than hard-coding a provider.
AI may assist reasoning and tool use, but cannot bypass governance rules or authorise its own repair action.
Controlled deployment, verification, backups, rollback paths, operating consistency and human-authorised repair define the reliability boundary.
This is internal operational R&D, not a commercial SaaS or external SLA. Its reusable pattern is governed change: make every important action observable, reversible and explicitly authorised.
